Hey Guys!

Hey Guys, I'm really excited- the long awaited blog is finally up and running. I have a lot to say, but not right now, I didn't know that it would be quite this intimidating. Even after 25 years working in the industry in various areas: restaurants, private chef, radio, catering and food stylist to name a few, ( man am I tired), I've realized that the more you know- the more you realize how much you don't know. For me it's an ever lasting magic - that whenever I open a new door, a whole new universe is there to explore.
I'm looking forward to sharing that with you.
